At Gallivant we use only the best and freshest ingredients. The Kittitas Valley and Pacific Northwest have a bounty of locally grown and produced resources that are a natural pairing with chocolate. Expect to find local wines, beers, liquors, fruits, nuts salt and organic cream in many of our products.

At Gallivant, we use several brands of chocolate and all are either part of the Cocoa Horizons Program or Fair Trade Certified.

When possible, our packaging is either compostable or recyclable. Our plastics are plant based as are our boxes and ribbons.
