• Puff Puff Dadinator Pizza: In 1982, Bert Marx (Grandpa) was testing different pizza recipes in his restaurant in Kittitas, at the Hungry Coyote. With a bowl flipped over on top of fresh pizza dough, it made a perfectly sized handheld pie. Dropping this delicious puff into the fryer added the exact amount of crunch of crust to encompass all the fresh ingredients. The recipe of the pizza sauce dates back to 1968. All other ingredients are homemade. With these cherished family recipes being passed along generations, with a few adjustments here and there we have what you will experience today at Puff Puff Pizza. Place your order, eat your pie and welcome to the family!
