Every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs blood. Each patient is someone's daughter, like Aria, 6, who's 40 transfusions kept her alive during a three-year leukemia battle; or someone's father, like Dan, who needed 121 units of blood to survive a serious car accident; or a mom like Taylor, who lost 60% or her blood from childbirth complications but is alive today thanks ti blood donors.
