Annual Rotary Cowboys Kick Off Breakfast

This is the Annual Kickoff Breakfast to Kickoff the Fair and Rodeo Season - The Ellensburg Noon Rotary Club ie the Rotary Cowboys, along with many partner groups present this community event.  Proceeds to local charities.  
The Kids parade follows at 10 am
